How can I "Slow Down" an MP3 (25fps to 23.976fps)

I got some commentary tracks that were evidently ripped from a PAL source, but I want to mux them into an existing 23.976 FPS .AVI that I have. In a different program, I found a function that slows them down (or stretches them out, whichever you prefer), but with this other program, there is no batch feature, so that's no good.

Any way of accommodating this in this great program?

Convert to wave >> then use Audacity, then convert >> mp3

That's even more steps than the method I already figured out.

Is there perhaps a DSP effect somewhere that will do it?

If you can find a VST or DirectX one perhaps.

I got it done, but I had to use Goldwave to do it. Maybe Audacity would've done the same thing. It seems to run a lot slower than other things so I don't like to use it.

          Thanks for the help anyway.
