How do I save ripped CDs as mp3 AND flac?

I am using EAC. But I rip every CD twice. Now I read in a newspaper that with dBpoweramp it is possible to rip a CD only once and save the files as mp3 and flac as well...
But I could't find any option for that in the CD Ripper.
