I run windows XP and had to load codec WMA 9.1 to make it work.
They explain everything you need to do to convert to ringtones.
It costs U.S. $7.99 for the year. Once you convert to ringtone they send it to your phone. You want to make sure to test your phone on their site first as per instructions to see if your phone will accept the file sent to it. They explain it pretty well on their site.
