CLI Encoder Error

When I run the program this error displays

CLI Encoder has not been configured open the file\program Files\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP\Encoder|CLI Encoder.txt and change the extension

Tell me how to remove this CLI Encoder or solve this error?

Either remove/uninstall the CLI Encoder codec or alternatively configure it. It is complaining because you have installed the codec but you haven't told it what program to use to encode files, hence the message.

Start >> Control Panel >> Add / Remove Programs

uninstall the CLI Encoder, you do not need it.
