Get track info that shows up in WMP but not in CD Ripper / AccurateRip

I have an audio CD that appears to be in AccurateRip, but whose tracks are not named correctly. The correct track names appear when I use WMP to play the CD, but when I go to CD Ripper, that same CD shows up as being in the AccurateRip database, but the tracks show up as Track 1, Track 2, etc. By the way, although it is an audio disk, it is a voice training CD as opposed to a mass produced music cd.

    cg:

AccurateRip has nothing to do with metadata. Metadata=artist/album/track name and/or art...while AccurateRip is basically a way to digitally check that the audio data that you extracted is identical to what other people have extracted.

What metadata services to you have enabled in the CD Ripper?

Does the CD have the track names held on it as CD-Text and have you enabled CD Ripper to be able to read the CD-Text information?

My problem was that my license expired for some reason or another. I corrected that problem, I now I am able to retrieve the correct information.

        Many thanks!
