doing something wrong

Hello:

I am new at this and a little confused. I installed and when I try to convert my music it says "no audio files selected for conversion". I am trying to take them from my music. I right click and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? There is not a basic step by step instruction anywhere. Thanks

Try selecting your audio by running 'Batch Converter'

What format are your files?
If you browse your music files, do the file names appear?

If not, you might not have the correct codecs installed. These can be downloaded and installed from Codec Central (the tab at the top of this window).

What do you mean by "My Music"? If you are selecting a folder use the Batch converter.
