How do I apply ReplayGain to already ripped FLACs?

I know how to apply it at the same time as ripping to FLAC but can I apply it to all those I ripped before discovering ReplayGain? I have dBPA Reference 13.

Teknojnky is referring to the use of the [ReplayGain] utility codec, available in Codec Central.
