Use AMG to update metadata in either mp3 or FLAC files?

Now that I have registered my dMC ref, how or can I use the AMG metadata service to update my previously scanned mp3 or flac files to get better metadata and pix? PLease advise.

dMC only uses the meta-data providers when you rip CDs. It does not tagged already-ripped files.
