What's the Best Tool for Adding Cover Art to Already Ripped Files?

I have a couple of hundred CDs already ripped to Flac using EAC and then converted to MP3 using flac2mp3. Then I discovered dbpoweramp and the joys of dual encoding and grabbing album art directly. So for new rips I don't have a problem, the old ones though are another story.

I've looked around the forum and don't find much about adding album art to already ripped files. Can anyone recommend a good tool to do this reliably, preferably without me sitting at the PC for hours on end - ripping the CDs in the first place was bad enough..... Also one that would do both MP3 and Flac files, though if it was two different tools I'd be happy if they did the job.

    Thanks for any help.

    Mike
