How do I rip to MP3 and FLAC in one step?

Over the past year or so, I have ripped my collection using EAC with the REACT add on from the great guys over at hydrogenaudio. This setup has been very simple to use as a one step process to encode into multiple formats. Unfortunately, one of the core programs to assist REACT is acdir.exe and it does not run under XP.

Long story short, how can I setup dbpoweramp to encode two formats from one rip. Then place each rip into separate directories in just one or two steps. I've read something about selecting the multiple encoder when ripping, but can not seem to find it.

    Thanks,

I have downloaded the multi encoder too but cant get it to work.

I have two profiles set up, one for flac and a second profile for flac and wma, (windows media audio 10) which is to be recorded to a second directory.

The only problem is that it doesnt work. it records the flac but not the wma
