Edit Tag in Explorer (vista 64bit)

Got a new PC, Vista 64Bit.

Didn't have to re-install dbP because i just inserted my
music HD (drive "E") into a slot on the front of the PC
(not sure what they call it but it works great).

So now i have R11 and R13.1, both registered versions
sitting on drive "E".

It all works great from a desktop folder, full of dbP
shortcuts. None of the dbP programs show in the
Start>All Programs of course, because I didn't have to
do the install. The only real problem I'm having is getting
the Edit Tag function to show up in the explorer
drop-down menu.

Thoughts on how to do this would help!

Reinstall the program, dMC has to register these components in Windows to get the Edit Tag and other shell extensions.
