How do I get a wave+mp3 file in one go ?

My first day testing dbpoweramp reference and I can't find the way to avoid ripping a CD twice to get wave and mp3 files. I always need both types for home and mobile usage. How can I get it in one go ?

Download the [Multi-Encoder] utility codec from Codec Central.
