How do I get the artist track and title?

So I upgraded because on my dbconvert, the "Dynamic" feature was greyed out. It seemed that option was not available.

I upgraded and now the option is available but it does not seem to work.

I am trying to convert an audio cd from my cd rom and retain the album info, but everytime it converts the track name is just "Track1"

Any help?

What version of dMC are you using? See "Need to find your version?" below if you need help finding where the versions are stored.
Are you using the CD Ripper or just the Music Converter? You should be using the CD ripper to rip CDs, so it can put artist names and other data on the ripped tracks.
