But it keeps telling me that the email addresses I entered isn't in the system. I have used the same address that my receipt was sent to when I ordered R12 through SWREG and would have thought that would be the one that would allow me to purchase the upgrade

I'm assuming that since you are entering your e-mail, you have lost your order number?
