    How do I convert .m4p to .mp3?

    Hi

I have been using an older version of the converter for a couple of years and this morning bought an album from i-tunes which came in .m4p format. My old converter wouldn't let me convert it, and neither will the new one (which I downloaded this morning) - I also installed the apple codec but no joy. Is this file format not supported by the converter? Thanks for any info/advice

    From the m4a codec page:
.m4p protected audio format (tracks purchased from iTunes Music Store are protected), whilst dBpoweramp cannot decode these see Forum for details on fair use.
See here for some programs that have worked at some point: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=7423
