How do I enter track names in ripper version 13?

In previous versions it was simple to add track names to a CD about to be ripped. If the CD was not in the Free CD database, you simply clicked on the track number, typed in the name, and submitted the information.

In the latest version, I cannot figure out how to type in the track names. When you click on the track number it just plays the track.
