How do I modify multi-disc album tags during conversion?

Let's say I have a four-disc set of Das Rheingold. In my primary FLAC archive, I have the tags like:

    Album: Das Rheingold
    Disc: 1

This works perfectly for my FLAC needs. My MP3 devices, though, don't handle the Disc tag, so I want to embed it in the Album tag, like so:

    Album: Das Rheingold Disc 1

It doesn't look like the IDTag functionality allows me to map multiple fields to one field. Is there any way to do this?

There doesn't seem to be a direct way to do it, though I'm sure it can be done with scripting. How to go about it exactly, though, is something I don't know, as I have not dealt with the script aspect of dMC.

If ripping with R13 then the disc number is put into the album name by default (perfect meta)

Well, but I have a ton of stuff that's already been ripped, plus I think I changed that default for consistency, plus I don't really want my FLAC stuff to have the disc in the CD name.

Anyway, though, I was able to use Foobar's tagging capabilities to take care of it. In principle I sort of dislike having to use multiple tools, and I wish DMC could combine multiple tags into one, but in practice, it worked well enough.
