How do I automatically organize my converted files?

I am trying to convert about 8000 files from wma to mps. The only problem I have is that i want them to be properly organized after conversion:
"Artist folder" "Album sub folder" "Song title" "Track #". No matter what thread i insert in the output location dynamic field I cant seem to get it right. A friend suggested this thread:" [IFCOMP[IFVALUE]album artist,[album ,Various
Artists[]\[album][IFMULTI] Disc [disc][]\[track] [artist] -
[title][][IF!COMP][IFVALUE]album artist,[album
artist],[artist][]\[album][IFMULTI] Disc [disc][]\[artist] -
[album][IFMULTI] Disc [disc][] - [track] - [title][] "


But when I do that all the artist folders start with [IFCOMP before the actual artist name.

should be [IFCOMP][IF...
