Can I use dbPoweramp to create ID tags for existing audio files?

I have a lot of albums that I ripped a long time ago that aren't properly tagged. I would like dbpoweramp to look on AMG/freedb to get the id tags for these albums so I don't have to do it manually. Obviously, it can do this easily for music on a CD, but I'd rather not burn a CD for each one of these old albums. Anybody know how to do this?

dMC only uses AMG/freeDB to tag when it rips CDs, not afterwards, unfortunately.

Ok that's what I thought but just wanted to see if I was missing something. Does anyone have a suggestion for software that will do this?

I have used "The Godfather" for this purpose in the past.

MediaMonkey is pretty good. It can do the album art as well.
