How do I separate the tracks from one single .ape or .flac

I have one single big .ape file as well as a .flac file: Both have an associated .cue file which is currently not supported by dBM converter.

How can I separate the tracks conveted to .mp3 or .wav (not manually with Audacity) at least with DSP effects as I read on a FAQ section?

I am a registerd Power Pack user

You can use the "Grabber" DSP effect to pull out the audio for each track, as long as you have the position of the file in milli-seconds, but you would have to do this for each track you want to extract. There is not currently a way to "batch" convert a file with a cue sheet into separate files.
