Ripping to M4A q.40

With the CD Ripper, it only lets me rip a CD to q.45 and q.35. Is there any way to rip to q.40?

If you navigate to the folder that has the nero encoder .exe (C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\encoder\m4a Nero (AAC) and open encoder.txt, just add a .40 option in the list of VBR encoding options.
