Lost my thread re convert. mp3 to wav

Spoon... I finally found the way to make the wav BUT under uncompressed they get like 33 MBs but I CAN hear it in a chatroom.
So I do with the one below that Wav-mp3 - comes out nice BUT I cannot hear it in the chatroom. Why?? (It used to be so easy), I would really really appreciate getting this straight..since my friends and I I enjoy listening to music while chatting.
