Changing WAV settings for DMC Ref 12.3

I am using CD Ripper in DMC Ref 12.3 to rip to WAV and MP3 at the same time using Multi-Encoder. It works great! My problem is that I cannot get back to change the settings that I used originally to set up the custom settings - Secure, # of passes, etc. Where do I go to change these?

CD Ripper >> Options >> Secure Settings

I don't have an option that says Secure Settings

Sorry - my bad - I was only clicking the down arrow beside the options and not directly on the options button - sorry to be so dense!

Under Ripping Method is Secure, select the line then select Secure Settings.
