How do I rip to both WAV and MP3 files at the same time

Using CD Ripper, I'd like to rip discs to automatically create both WAV files and MP3 files (not a WAV-MP3 file). I don't see a way to make the software do that. Can it?

Install "Multi Encoder", available on Codec Central.
And after, on CD Ripper "Rip to", select [Multi Encoder], click on "Add Encoder" on the encoder tab and add WAV and MP3, configuring them as you wish.
