Use a utility, such as VirtuaDub, to strip the audio out of video files and then use your CD burning program to burn an "Audio CD" containing the files you want.

Thanks Lt Data: tried Virtual Dub 1.6.18, but got error message:
MPEG import filter: invalid pack at position 3: marker bit not set, possibly .mpeg-2 stream. I think .VOB files may well be .mpeg-2. Any more useful suggestions ?
