How Do I Add Track listings to Freedb

In the past version you could correct and add tracks to the free data base. How do you do it in version 12? So far I've received wrong track listings for a some albums I corrected them but didn't see a way of uploading like in previous version.

I think that this feature will return in r13.

Correct, submission to FreeDB is not in r12 and should be back in r13.
