How to play converted musics with Power Point

When I convert MP3 to to Wav I can play the converted file with the windows player and it works with the Incredimail. When I join the same converted file with a PPS presentation it doesn´t play. How can I do that ?

What type of WAV was it? A compressed WAV? I don't believe PowerPoint can play these files, try a simple mp3 file.
