How do I get the Splitter Utility Codec to show in the menu?

I have installed the latest dbPoweramp converter and the Splitter utility codec but the codec does not show in the codec list when I select a file to convert. What is wrong? Is this feature only available to registered users?

What splitter codec did you install? Also, did you install dMC r12 or r11.5? If you installed r12, it uses a new codec system and cannot use old r11.5 codecs.

Version numbers are in the Start Menu under Programs --> dBpoweramp Music Converter --> Configuration --> dBpoweramp (or, in older version, dMC) Configuration.

The Converter is r12. I'm not sure what version of the Splitter I have. Is there a link to one that works with r12?

I believe you can use the "Grabber" DSP effect to do the same effect. See the beta section of this forum.

There should be one appearing in the next 4-6 weeks.
