How do i convert wma to mp3

I tried to convert wma to mp3 but it tells me that i need the wma decoder.

Are you using dMC (dBpowerAMP Music Converter) r11.5 (or earlier) or r12?
Have you downloaded and installed the WMA codec from either Codec Central (for dMC r12) or from Legacy Codec Central (for r11.5 or earlier, you will find a link to Legacy Codec Central at the Codec Central site)?
Does your dMC Configuration show your WMA codec as being installed?
(You will find dMC Configuration by going Start>All Programs> dBpowerAMP Music Converter> Configuration> dBpower amp configuration-for r12 or >dMC-for r11.5)
