I need to know what and where I can download the old version of db power amp convertor. Or where I can download the MPEG3 codec needed to make my wavs small enough to use in Incredimail. Please help! :(

You want to make a compressed WAV. Select WAV, select "Compressed" and then choose "MPEG Layer 3" as the compression. Adjust the bitrate and such to what you think you need.
