Creating Bookmarks when converting .aa to .mps

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to add bookmarks either manually or automatically spaced through a file that is being converted from .aa (auto books) to .mp3. I love audio books but I have a Sandisk Sansa and have to convert them to .mp3. (Love your program by the way - Thank you Thank you for allowing me to make the conversion in the first place) But I would love it even more if I didn't have to hold down the forward button for a half hour every time I make a mistake and push the wrong button (I unfortunately do this a lot - yeah I know I'm a dork!!) :o) Even if it automatically created them like every five minutes or something I wouldn't mind - anything?? --Hopefully, Me
