How Do I Download Artist/Title From Internet?

I registered my dbPowerAmp music converter and it's great but I can't get it to pull Artist and Title info from the internet. In the configuration panel I checked the box next to the "www.freedb.org" option but it didn't do anything. How can I get this info for my .mp3 files that lack it?

That is only for the CD Ripper when it is creating new mp3 files.
