How do I Write CDs without gap between tracks

I love dbpowerAMP CD writer, but have one small problem with it (and just about every other similar utility I have tried). Many of the discs I burn are MP3 rips of Audio Books from tape or CD. Since these can have rather huge track sections I split them (using your wonderful splitter :D ) into smaller tracks. However when these are in turn burnt to disc I suffer a narration that pauses for 2 seconds every track change. Most annoying really. Is there any way to get rid of this between track delay so it goes smoothly from track to track?

Not using dCW. Nero can do it.
Or you can make one single file out of all the tracks and but it as a single track.
