Easiest way to get as close to a 1-1 copy as you can is to use a program such as Nero or Easy CD/DVD creator to copy the CD.
Otherwise, just rip the CD to a lossless format such as WAV, FLAC, etc.
Then use Nero, Easy CD/DVD Creator, dBpowerAMP CD Writer, etc. to burn an Audio CD with the ripped tracks on it.

The ripping process is shown in the dMC help files. For help with Nero or Easy CD/DVD Creator, you will have to consult their help files.
