crashing when converting to mp4

I have gotten so far to convert the wav into an mp4 when it goes into conversion it locks up creates an error and asks me to report error to microsoft then will finish out the conversion but when i listen to the created file its only the first couple seconds of the song. What am i doing wrong

Try converting to test conversion, does that crash?
