How do I put pictures with songs

For Ex. I put some mp3 songs in folders. On the cover of the folder is one of the songs album front. My bro got a picture with the song on his pspand i wanna know how you do that. BTW is there anyway to convert a itunes purchased music video (m4v) into MP4?

P.s When i notice somthing misspelled in something im getting ready to post i fix it but then the space is gone.
for ex. I put sone mp3 songs ....I fix the n and change it to a M it looks like this
I put som mp3 songs...any way to fix that?
