I've just recently got back my sony NW-HD1 from repairs on the screen and tried to transfer music on to it after wiping the harddrive. And for some reason SS would just freeze when converting the MP3's. I've tried different bitrates and updating SS from 2.3 to 3.3. With 3.3 i was able to transfer it to the walkman, but the mp3's were still encoded wrong (as 4kb .oma file thingys) I also can't seem to play the mp3's through SS, but wav's seem to play/convert fine. Anyone got any ideas how to fix this? I would convert everything to wav and then let SS convert to atrac, but that kills all the ID3 tags and i'll rather not sit there fillin in 2000+ tags
