    I need sooo much help...

O.K. I have downloaded every kind of converter, cd burner, and codec I could find. And I am starting to run out of space. :headbang: My first question is, do I have to have my music files in .mp3 format before I convert it to dbpoweramp music converter or CD input? Second question is can I use music on my computer in media player to use as .mp3?

Also, when I right click a song from my cd drive it always says: The file 'F:\Track06.cda' could not be opened.
Read Table of Contents failed - audio disc in drive? What in the world does that mean? Do I need to change .cda into .mp3?

Not sure about your first question except that the dBpowerAMP Music Converter (dMC) doesn't care what format your music collection is in. The dBpowerAMP Audio Player is the program that as well as being an audio player can be used to organise and manage your music collection.

As long as you have the appropriate codecs installed dBpowerAMP's Music Converter, Audio Player and CD Writer will be able to read them (unless they are protected by DRM :vmad: ).

To rip (or copy) tracks from a CD you should use the CD Audio Input program that is installed together with dMC. The .cda files that you can see when you view a CD in Explorer do not contain the music they are just pointers to a position on the CD where each track starts.

Also, make sure that that CD was burned as an Audio CD, not just a CD with copied .cda files. cda files only point to the actual audio on the audio CD. cda files not on their audio CD are worthless.
