I should like to speak to a human being about how to register dbpoweramp. My perfectly valid credit card will not go through and the telephone number posted on the website to call in a credit card is wrong. There is no known confirmed address to send a check. Please e-mail me a proper phone number for support.

The payments are accepted and processed by SWREG. Have you gone through all the options from SWREG and failed? At which step did that happen?Originally posted by BuckeyeChuck
With credit cards you have to have the information correct to the last bit, including your home address - it has to match the one in the credit card company records. Expiry date has to be perfect too. Make sure you're not switching month, day fields.
What country are you ordering from incidentally? Are you going through a proxy or anonymizer service which would make the information entered for your address not match what is being detected online?
