Easy question - converting to audio CD

Novice here, thanks for your help!
wanting to make an audio Cd to listen in car/home

would like to pull mp3 or WAV files (legal of course) off internet to burn to my audio CD.

assuming some sort of conversion (software?) is necessary

please advise best way & products to do this

You're right on the site for the software that you need!

From the products tab download dBpowerAMP Music Converter and dBpowerAMP CD Writer.

Once installed you need only use dBpowerAMP CD Writer to burn an audio cd from a variety of audio formats which will all be converted on the fly by the dBpowerAMP Music Converter component.

Initially you get a 30-day trial period for each of these programs, where you have full features for both of them.

After the trial period is over you have to purchase the CD Writer program.

The dBpowerAMP Music Converter program will continue to work, however you will need to purchase the registered version in order to continue converting audio files to the mp3 format which is governed by patent law, as well as continue to enjoy the extra features provided by the PowerPack component.

A variety of codecs for decoding and encoding is available free from Codec Central, and they work in conjunction with dBpowerAMP Music Converter (and CD Writer).

As I said, the only codec requiring registration after the trial period is over is the mp3 encoding codec.

You are advised to try out these programs first. Once satisfied, if you register them that's for life and you can anjoy updated versions at any time for no extra charge.

You can purchase a combined registration for both dBpowerAMP CD Writer AND Powerpack & mp3 encoder.
