You would be best to contact the manufacturer or provider for the cellphone, or the company that makes the file transfer software.

According to this you need to convert music first to wav, 16 bit mono at either 8000 or 11025 Hz and you need to use the Sagem "My Pictures & Sound" software. If you don't have that software you will need to contact the manufacturer, or maybe your cellphone dealer could help.
