well the owners name in the registra is different to Spoons name. so i dont think so. but i could be wrong.

Now I know for sure it's not Spoon. If you look at the site, there are ads everywhere. Lots of banners, google ads, and donation links. The Paypal donation link goes to TjkAuctions.
