Formatting + late night = regret/hassle = amt. of sleep

So I paid the $15 to purchase the mp3 authoring software. I love it and use it constantly, as I am a music nut. Sadly, after a Windows re-installation gone awry, I had to format my hdd which contained my install file for dbpoweramp. I have the credit card bill in my hot little hand wherein record of the payment exists and wish that someone could tell me if there is a way for me to get another copy of my beloved software. Thanks! :cry:
