couldn't get thru d manual process for reg retrieval

I didn't get the confirmation / receipt order. then as explained, i tried to retrieve it manually, but i always get this message: the information is wrong. while actually i already key in my Order No, and then the String. So anyone know how to get it? thx.

i followed the instruction to go thru the manual process, but it always end up at this message: the information was wrong, please re-do it again.
