How to register!?!

I tried to register the Power Pack.

First: I wasn't able to finish, because: the CALCULATE NOW - Button is not enabled (now I found out it is because of MY currency: EUR)

second: If you have not got an credit-card, you can not register PowerPack - that is really shit.

I guess the only other way is do a money order, or cheque.
but spoon can confirm this when he is next online.

For non USD, the only way to pay is through Credit card, or Palpay.
