yea i read that before creating this thread... im not sure what it is telling me to do? any help...
What it's telling you is:
1)The frist thread tell you what kind of file is the .asx file. You find that .asx is a meta file, not an audio file - you edit it using Notepad and you find inside the true name (or address) of the actual audio file. This you'll have to download if you want to be able to convert it to something else. You cannot download the file if the protocol is not http. If the protocol is mms or rttp or soemthing other than http, then you'll have to capture the sound while playing it through your soundcard. This is where the second thread takes you.
2) When you cannot convert a file for wahtever reason then you capture it in dMC Auxiliary Input to a wav or other format.
