Hmmm... what are its features compared to 3.95? Is it stable yet?

I'll probably wait till Spoon implements it for DMC.

Yeah it seems to be pretty updated since 3.92 and 3.95.1, go here for more info on the exact updates.

It seems pretty good, I've already ripped about 500 tracks with 3.96 and have had great success.
