Personal License is single or multisite?

Hi, I want to buy a personal license of music converter and perfect tunes with the PC+Mac option which comes up to 75 USD.

I have a PC desktop and also a Macbook. Will I be able to use the software on both the Windows and Mac computers if they are both mine? Or will the system only allow usage on 1 computer?

Ideally a Family pack is purchased, as this allows concurrent multiple installs.
