Multiple tags in one MP3

Hi,

Does anyone know of any Freeware that will allow me to create and edit multiple tags within one MP3 file.

I often create my own mixes and would like to be able to have the whole mix as one big MP3 with many tracks, but I would also like to have the tag name change when the track changes. I'm sure the MP3 standard supports this as it is used by the streaming MP3 radio stations.

Any help would be very gratefully received.
