What Comes Bundled In R17 Family

Morning All, Just a quick question, I have using R15 for years and it fulfills my needs. However I've now got the brother in law interested in R17. What exactly comes bundled in the package? Reading the website it's not really clear if Batch Converter is in there. This is the tool he would be using the most.
